I love the clarity and conviction you’re communicating to yourself and the world. Yes! It’s scary to quit a job or turn down a perfectly good offer but in the times I’ve done it, bigger and better things swoop in after the exhale. I'm definitely working on building my trust muscle! And yes, this seems like an ideal first step; for sure a pattern breaker with how I've handled similar situations in the past. So I'm super curious as to what will land in my lap next as well :) Just gotta stop taking opportunities/settling for tests out of dog-paddling energy, and stay put until something that comes along that's a f*ck yes!
